Susan is a management coach, consultant and trainer with over 25 years experience working at all levels of an organization to strengthen individual and team performance. In collaboration with senior leadership in both the public and private sectors, she offers creative alternatives to business effecting challenges. Her range of client experience includes organizations as diverse as the Department of Defense to a small family-owned county-wide child-care provider.
Determined by the needs of the client and the scope of the project, Susan has worked independently and with colleagues, and developed and implemented 360-degree leadership assessments, an extensive strategy for call center transformation, peer-coaching leadership development programs, and facilitation of teams with multi-generational issues. Susan has a B.S. from Brigham Young University and a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins University in Applied Behavioral Science. She is also experienced in using MBTI, DiSC, and other individual and team assessments..
