Leadership Coaching and Mentoring

We work with individuals in one-one coaching relationships, focusing on leadership challenges, transitions to a new role, or overall career coaching. We often use a 360° instrument and/or self-assessments to supplement our services.

We also provide team coaching interventions designed to jump-start a new team, help an existing team align goals, provide tools to work more effectively, or resolve a team conflict that may be getting in the way of results.

Another technique used for Team and Leadership Development is Action Learning. In fact, we are affiliated with the Global Institute for Action Learning (www.wial.org), and have found this approach to be an extremely effective way to develop people and get real work done. Peer Group Coaching for newly promoted or new hire managers. A facilitated process allowing them to work together to solve common problems. It’s a great addition to any on-boarding program!
